| Quick Resume: Hi, I am Alex Amsel. I am a Junior and have achieved some things that I take great pride and honor in. My sophomore year in high school, I got ranked 5th in the State of Texas, and 2nd the year after that. I also was able to attend Tanglewood, and while they only take 8 bassoons in the country (it is the MOST competitive summer festival in the nation) I got ranked 5th overall.
