Quick Resume: I have been practicing drums and percussion for 15 years. My study of drums began in middle school under the private lessons of Tom Sorenson. In my junior year of high school I held first chair in percussion for the symphonic band and string orchestra, and was also the lead drummer for the school’s jazz band. My professional experience after high school includes performing and recording with several bands whose styles range from classical, jazz, reggae, rock and hip-hop. I have also spent considerable time playing in musical theater productions.
